Achieve Life OT provides occupational therapy for independent living skills for young adults in Hudson Valley NY, focusing on daily routines, community participation, and real-world independence. We help young adults develop the executive function skills needed to manage these skills-whether they’re working toward living on their own or navigating life in a supported setting.
