About Justin – Founder of Achieve Life OT
Helping Teens & Young Adults Build Independence

Justin, the founder of Achieve Life OT, is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience serving individuals and families throughout the Hudson Valley. His mission is to bridge the gap between education and real-world independence, ensuring that young adults have the skills and confidence they need to navigate life successfully.

A Personalized Approach to Therapy
"My primary goal—both as a therapist and a business owner—is to truly see my clients for who they are and what they want to achieve. Every client has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I focus on understanding what’s most important to them and tailoring interventions that create real, meaningful progress.  I believe that if there is truly a desire, then there is a way to achieve."

Justin uses evidence-based strategies and occupational therapy frameworks to help individuals develop executive function, daily living, and vocational skills. His approach is honest, supportive, and individualized—balancing realistic goal-setting with high expectations for growth.

Why Achieve Life OT?
After years of working in a special education high school, Justin sees a critical gap:

- Many students graduate with strong academic or vocational skills but lack the executive function and independence to take the next steps to be a meaningful participant in their community.
- Parents continue to feel lost, unsure of what support exists after high school, and the help they do find is often underwhelming.
- Neurodiverse young adults continue to struggle with organization, time management, and self-advocacy—key skills needed for college, work, and daily life.

Achieve Life OT was created to fill this gap—helping neurodiverse teens and young adults move from uncertainty to confidence with the right support, strategies, and structure.

Empowering Clients to Reach Their Goals
"I don’t believe in limitations. When a dream is turned into a goal, it becomes achievable—with the right strategies, support, and determination. I do not believe that the jobs out there for my neurodiverse clients are limited to entry level positions.  I believe that each of them posseses a gift or talent that can be utilized in a purposeful way."

Whether your child needs help planning their future, building independence, or improving executive function, Achieve Life OT is here to guide them on their journey.
