Helping Teens & Young Adults Build Independence Through OT & Executive Function Intervention

The Hudson Valley’s premier occupational therapy service is here to empower young adults ages 18-24 with challenges that effect their ability to achieve independence in their young adult lives. We specialize in executive function intervention to build the skills needed for success in college, careers, and independent living.

WE PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONS!

Helping Neurodiverse Young Adults Transition to Independence

At Achieve Life OT,  our primary focus is to work with neurodiverse teens and young adults who are facing obstacles in their transition to adulthood. Whether struggling with college demands, independent living, or job readiness, I provide individualized support to help them build the skills they need to succeed.

Areas of Focus:
College & Academic Success – Time management, organization, task initiation, and problem-solving for students who need structure and strategies to stay on track.

Daily Life & Independent Living – Developing essential life skills like self-care, meal prep, money management, and maintaining responsibilities at home.

Employment & Career Readiness – Gaining workplace skills, professional behaviors, and confidence to find, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment.

We work one-on-one with each client to build real-world skills so they can gain independence and thrive without relying on others. Many of my clients have gone from struggling in school, work, or home life to excelling beyond expectations—because at Achieve Life we believe that with the right strategies and mindset, anyone can succeed.

What We Offer:

Individualized Occupational Therapy Interventions (for individuals in high school and up)

Transition Planning Packages (Evaluations for transition / vocational readiness)
